1. To take information of the judge, secretary of plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases Luspenik D. D. into consideration.
2. Bring in the Regulations on structure of Scientific and advisory council of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases approved by the resolution of plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases of September 30, 2011 No. 6, the following changes:
2.1. Add Item 2.2 with the paragraph the second the following content:
