S. about modification of the structure of Scientific and advisory council under the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases approved by the resolution of plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases of September 30, 2011 No. 6, and according to Item "About judicial system and the status of judges" the plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases decides 7 parts two of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Information of the scientific secretary of Scientific and advisory council of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases Tkachuk E. S. take into consideration.
2. Include in structure of Scientific and advisory council of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases:
- - Candidate of Law Sciences, the associate professor, the vice rector for organization-legal work of the Kiev university of tourism, economy and the right - and to enter Not Ling Alexander Ivanovich into section of civil legal proceedings;
- Matviychuk Valery Konstantinovich is the doctor of jurisprudence, professor, the first vice rector of the higher educational institution "National Academy of Management" - and to enter into sections of criminal and administrative trial.
