About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2014 No. 548
For the purpose of optimization of procedure of the state assay supervision in the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the state assay supervision in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2014 No. 548 "About approval of the Regulations on the state assay supervision in the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.06. 2014, 5/38968), following changes and amendment:
in Item 5 of the word "in Item 7" shall be replaced with words "in Items 7 and 7-1";
add the Provision with Item 7-1 of the following content:
"7-1. The jewelry and other household products made in the Republic of Belarus from silver weighing up to 3 grams inclusive are subject to voluntary branding (except for the products from silver made by individual orders of citizens of the jewelry and other household products and (or) scrap and waste of jewelry and other household products belonging to them). Such products are subject to obligatory approbation and the analysis according to the procedure, established by this Provision.";
in Item 9 of the word "Custom union according to the procedure, established by legal acts of the Customs union within Eurasian economic community" shall be replaced with words "The Eurasian Economic Union according to the procedure, established by the legal acts constituting the regulatory legal base of the Customs union and the Common economic space and (or) the right of the Eurasian Economic Union".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
