About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 716 and of January 29, 2013 No. 66
According to article 41 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 "About industrial safety" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in appendix to the Regulations on procedure for acceptance for operation of construction objects approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 716 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 66, 5/33914; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 24.07. 2013, 5/37585; 15:04. 2014, 5/38697; 26.02. 2015, 5/40168):
in item 4 of the word "to it under control" shall be replaced with words "subject to the state supervision in the field of industrial safety";
add appendix with Item 14 of the following content:
"14. Management of the state supervision of the main military inspection of Armed Forces (in case of acceptance for operation of the objects which are subject to the supervision in the field of industrial safety exercised by the specified management).";
1.2. Item 1 of the list of potentially dangerous objects, productions and the related types of activity having specifics of military application, which are subject to supervision, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of January 29, 2013 No. 66 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2012 No. 332" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.02. 2013, 5/36850) to state in the following edition:
"1. In the field of industrial safety:
1.1. potentially dangerous objects, including the technical devices having specifics of military application:
