For the purpose of ensuring execution of part "About additional measures in connection with continuation of reforms in customs system" of March 4, 2016 the No. 1853 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides 3 Orders of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic:
1. Make the following changes to "The preferential and simplified rules of movement by physical persons through customs border of the goods which are not provided for production or commercial purposes" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 14, 2013 No. 305 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 10, Article 1223; 2015, No. 4, Article 464, No. 5, Article 624; 2016, No. 1, Article 177):
1.1. Add with Item 1.7 of the following content:
"1.7. Accounting by means of electronic system of the these rules of the goods which are not provided for the production or commercial purposes specified in Item 2.1 and imported by physical persons on customs area by the preferential and simplified rules (without payment of customs duties), is made according to the rules established by the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic.";
1.2. In subitem 2.1.2 after words" (further - customs area)" to add the word "once during each calendar month";
1.3. In subitem 2.1.3 before the words "from customs area" to add the word "in view of the restriction specified in subitem 2.1.12 of these rules";
1.4. In subitem 2.1.5 before the words "international mailings" to add the word "in view of the restriction specified in subitem 2.1.12 of these rules";
