Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2015 No. 419 "About approval of Rules of issue of permission to conversion of products out of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11870, published on September 7, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following change and amendment:
in the Rules of issue of permission to conversion of products out of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
add with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. If sanctions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the international organizations and the certain states concerning which the Republic of Kazakhstan assumed obligations on their observance in this sphere are inflicted on the country of destination, action of these rules does not extend and permission to conversion of products out of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is not issued.";

"10. In issue of permission to conversion of products out of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan refuses, in case:
1) establishment of unauthenticity of the documents submitted by the applicant for receipt of permission, and (or) these (data) containing in them;
2) discrepancies of the applicant and (or) the provided materials, objects, supplied and the information necessary for issue of permission, to the requirements established by regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) negative experimental testimony, research or check;
