Bring in part 1 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 28, 2006 "About other obligatory payments in the budget" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 7, Art. 345; 2009, No. 5, Art. 327; 2010, No. 1, Art. 3; 2011, No. 12, Art. 848; 2013, No. 3, Art. 191; 2015. No. 11, Art. 971) following amendments:
- after the word "means" to add with words "authorized bodies for putting down of apostille and";
- add with paragraph one of the following content:
"-the charges provided by Chapter 8 (1) this Law;".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
