Article 1. In article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-308 of February 20, 2002 "Regulations of National assembly" (further – the Law):
Item 1 to add 1) with the subitem "zh.1" the following content:
". 1) is sent by the invitation for implementation of nablyudatelsky mission to the organizations and bodies having the right to implementation of nablyudatelsky mission during elections,"
The word "to" of Item 3 shall be replaced with words 2) "zh.1", "to".
Article 2. In Item 1 of article 6.2 of the Law:
1) the word of paragraph one "performance" shall be replaced with words "performance, determination of questions",
To add 2) with the subitem "d" of the following content:
"e) in the election or appointment in position, except for the performance as the candidate.".
Article 3. Add the Law with Articles 97.1 and 97.2 of the following content:
"Article 97.1. Procedure for election of the chairman and other members of Central Election Commission
1. According to changes of 2015, according to part 2 of article 195 of the Constitution, the chairman and other members of Central Election Commission according to the offer of the competent permanent commission of National assembly elects National assembly it is, at least, than three fifth from total quantity of voices of deputies, for a period of six years.
2. Candidates of the chairman and other members of Central Election Commission are pushed according to the decision of the permanent commission in the gosudarstenno-legal sphere, from among the candidates provided by the written application it is at least, than one third of total quantity of members of the commission.
3. The commission offers National assembly on one candidate of the chairman and other members of Central Election Commission.
