Article 1. In article 45 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-308 of February 20, 2002 "About Regulations of National assembly":

Part 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. That deputy who during the meeting is registered or votes instead of the absent deputy is considered the violator, the actions interferes with the deputy in free use of the opportunities for vote established by the law, rustles, says abusive terms, does not fulfill the requirements of the leading meeting proceeding from this Law or makes other actions breaking the procedure established by the law.",

To add 2) with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. As violators are considered, except deputies, those persons which are present at meeting of People's assembly who during the meeting rustle, say abusive terms, do not fulfill the requirements of the leading meeting proceeding from this Law or make other actions breaking the procedure established by the law.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
