About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 939 of August 16, 2007.

1. In the Order of the Government No. 939 of August 16, 2007. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Defence, structure and extreme number of its central office" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 131-135, 975), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
in Item 2 of the Resolution of figure "81" to replace with figures "88";
add appendix No. 2 with the following line items:
"Military-medical service
Service of social protection".
2. Accomplishment of provisions of this Resolution will be performed for the account and within the number of staff of workers established for the corresponding year.
