About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About natural medical resources, medical and improving areas and resorts"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About natural medical resources, medical and improving areas and resorts" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 5, the Art. 229) the following changes:
1) preamble to recognize invalid;
2) in Article 1:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"natural medical resources - mineral waters, therapeutic muds, brine of estuaries and lakes, medical climate, other natural objects and conditions used for treatment and prevention of diseases and the organization of rest;";
in paragraph five "republican" to exclude the word;
word in paragraph six of "local authorities of the government" shall be replaced with words "local government bodies";
word in paragraph ten of "stock, collective, personal and other ownership" shall be replaced with words to "municipal, private and other pattern of ownership";
3) in Article 2:
regarding 1 word "and the laws adopted according to it" to exclude;
regarding 2 words "about natural resources" shall be replaced with words "in the field of environmental protection and use of natural resources";
in part 3 "law" shall be replaced with words the word "this Law";
Article 3 to state 4) in the following edition:
"Article 3. Recognition of the territory by the medical and improving area, resort
Medical and improving areas and resorts can have republican or local value.
The procedure for recognition of the territory by the medical and improving area or resort is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The procedure for functioning of the medical and improving area or resort is determined by the provision approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
