1. In Rules of use of the simple digital signature when rendering the state and municipal services approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 25, 2013 No. 33 "About use of the simple digital signature when rendering the state and municipal services" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 5, Art. 377; No. 45, Art. 5807; No. 50, Art. 6601; 2014, No. 50, Art. 7113):
a) state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Use by the applicant of the simple digital signature, including by means of the subscriber device of mobile radiotelephone communication, for receipt of the state or municipal service and the order result of provision of the state or municipal service, including for transfer of result of service to the third parties, is allowed if the Federal Laws or other regulatory legal acts do not establish use for this purpose of other type of the digital signature.
Use of the simple digital signature for receipt of the state or municipal service and the order result of such service is performed with use of the infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services and execution of the state and municipal functions electronically.
