About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About phytosanitary control"

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About phytosanitary control" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 8, Article 655; 2007, No. 6, Article 595; 2009, No. 12, Articles 948, 954, 968; 2011, No. 2, Article 71; 2014, No. 10, Article 1150) to make the following changes:
1. From Articles 7.0. 7, 18.1.2 and 27.2.8 to exclude the word "necessary".
2. State Articles 8.1 and 8.2 in the following edition:
"8.1. Public service of phytosanitary control is the relevant organ of the executive authority exercising phytosanitary control.
8.2. Public service of phytosanitary control exercises phytosanitary control according to requirements of this Law, and concerning entrepreneurs - as well Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation performed in the field of entrepreneurships and protection of interests of entrepreneurs".".
3. Add with Article 8.5 of the following content:
"8.5. The form, procedure for creation and adoption of decisions of Public service of phytosanitary supervision, obligatory to execution, are established by relevant organ of the executive authority.".
4. In Article 9.0 of the word "the relevant organ of the executive authority performing … service" shall be replaced with words "services".
5. Article 9.0. 9.0.4 and 9.0.13 to state 3, in the following edition:
"9.0.3. in connection with implementation of phytosanitary control in the appropriate order to carry out works on examination, research and assessment, survey of the quarantine objects which are under phytosanitary control and the materials which are under quarantine control to take samples for their check;
