In pursuance of Art. 14 of the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2002 N740-XV of December 20, 2001. The government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on benefits in the state system of social insurance according to the prevention of diseases and recovery of working capacity of insured persons through sanatorium treatment it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 456 of May 17, 1999. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization of sanatorium treatment and rest working and rest of their children in child care improving facilities and about content of children's and youth sports schools" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, N 53-54, Art. 483).
