About modification of some regulatory legal acts on adjustment of financial result to the taxation
According to subitems 141.1.3 and 141.1.4 of Item 141.1 of Article 141 of the Section III of the Tax code of Ukraine, Item of 1 part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", to Item 13 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1070, and for the purpose of enhancement of state regulation of activities for provision of insurance services the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services DECIDED:
1. Bring in the Method of forming of reserves of life insurance approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of January 27, 2004 No. 24, No. 198/8797, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 16, 2004 the following changes:
1) in Chapter 1:
in Item 1.1 shall be replaced with words the word and figures of "Article 156" also in figures of "subitems 141.1.3 and 141.1.4 of Item 141.1 of Article 141";
in Item 1.2 the third and fourth to exclude paragraphs.
