The register of payment commitments of the federal budget is created on the main managers of means of the federal budget in the form of the code (list) of the laws, other regulatory legal acts causing public normative obligations and (or) legal basis for other payment commitments of the Russian Federation containing relevant provisions (Articles, parts, Items, subitems, paragraphs) the laws and other regulatory legal acts, with assessment of amounts of the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget necessary for execution of the payment commitments of the Russian Federation which are subject in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation to execution within budgetary appropriations of the federal budget.
