About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About investment funds"
Being guided by Item 10 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of the Law "About Modification of the Civil Code of the Azerbaijan Republic" of May 15, 2015 the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic decides Millie's No. 1283-IVQD:
In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About investment funds" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 11, Article 950; 2014, No. 10, Article 1161; 2015, No. 11, Article 1261) to make the following changes:
1. Under Article 6:
1.1. in Article 6.1 "legislation" shall be replaced with words the word "Article 107.1 of the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic";
1.2. in the second offer of Article 6.4 of the word "the connected person of fund" shall be replaced with words "the affiliate of fund";
1.3. in Article 6.5 of the word "related persons and" shall be replaced with words "their affiliates and them";
1.4. in Article 6.6 of the word "related persons" shall be replaced with words "their affiliates".
2. In Article 24.11.8 of the word "related or depositary to persons" shall be replaced with words to "the affiliates and affiliates of depositary".
3. Under Article 27:
3.1. in the name of the word "connected persons of fund" shall be replaced with words "affiliates of fund";
3.2. in Articles 27. 27.2.1, 27.2.2 and 27.2.3 of the word "the connected persons of fund" shall be replaced with words 1, "affiliates of fund";
3.3. at the end of Article 27.1.8 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 27.1.9 of the following content:
"27.1.9. legal entities in whom persons specified in Articles 27.1 directly or indirectly participate. 1, 27.1.2 and 27.1.4 presents of the Law.";
