Regarding the 2nd article 99 of the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan, of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 502; 2014, No. 3, Art. 145, No. 7, h 1, Art. 391, No. 11, Art. 644; 20.1.5, No. 3, Art. 202, No. 7-9, St, 709, Art. 710, Art. 711, No. 11, Art. 956, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1109; 2016, No. 3, of the Art. 133) of the word "under the Government" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Labour, migration and employment of the population".
