1. Approve Regulations on rates for public services of telecommunication and information science it (is applied).

Based on part (1) article 9 of the Law on telecommunication before balancing of rates for public services of telecommunication of Moldtelecom joint-stock company to the National agency on regulation in the field of telecommunication and information science to continue rate regulation for deficit of access for the purpose of subsidizing of public local network of Moldtelecom joint-stock company.

PART A.
1. Regulations on rates for public services of telecommunication and information science (further - the Provision) are developed according to the existing national legal system, international conventions and agreements which party the Republic of Moldova is, and establishes procedure of payments and establishments of rates for the public services of telecommunication and information science rendered by the operators holding dominant position in the market of these services.
