"4) unreasonable increase, in case of increase more than for 10%, production costs, costs for realization and all-administrative costs, except for purchase costs of the imported goods connected with growth of the exchange rate of national currency in relation to foreign currencies and the purchase costs of the goods made in the Republic of Kazakhstan, connected with increase in level of annual inflation per ton of mineral raw materials, mineral, metal in comparison with data for the previous calendar year if the application is submitted for the current calendar year, or with data on the current calendar year, proceeding from the forecast data by year calculated on the basis of the budget for the specified period taking into account the made corrections if the application is submitted for the forthcoming calendar year;";
