1. In paragraph three of Item 2 of the resolution of the word "acquis communautaire" shall be replaced with words "obligations of Ukraine in the field of the European integration and the right of the European Union (acquis of the EU)".
2. In the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the specified resolution:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the subitem "an" of item 4 of the word "and acquis communautaire, and also taking into account practice" "and also taking into account obligations of Ukraine in the field of the European integration and the right of the European Union (acquis of the EU), practice";
2) in Item 6:
