Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 6, 2001 "About legal status of the member of Majlisi milli and the deputy of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan". (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2001, No. 7, Art. 517; 2003, No. 12, Art. 689; 2004, No. 12, h 1, Art. 698; 2005, No. 7, Art. 397; 2006, No. 3, Art. 145; 2007, No. 7, Art. 654; 2011, No. 12, Art. 831, Art. 832; 2012,№8, Art. 812) following changes and amendments:
1. Add with Article 3 (1) the following content:
"Article 3 (1). Oath of the member of Majlisi milli and deputy of Majlisi namoyandagon
The member of Majlisi milli and the deputy of Majlisi namoyandagon after election or appointment to the sessions of Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon take the oath to the people of Tajikistan:
"As the member of Majlisi milli (the deputy of Majlisi namoyandagon) of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, with sense of responsibility I take the oath before the people of Tajikistan that I will put interests of the nation and the state above everything, to perform the activities based on the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan all the forces, I will direct knowledge and experience for economic and social development of the country, strengthening of national unity and the state independence, providing rights and freedoms of man and citizen, to participate faithfully and honesty in development and adoption of the laws".".
