About some questions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Determine PSA limited liability partnership as the authority which is acting for the benefit of the Republic of Kazakhstan in production sharing agreements, except for questions of conducting financial accounting of state-owned property, right of possession and use which are subject to transfer to contractors on oil and gas projects, and acceptances on accounting of the property given by contractors to the state after cost recovery on oil and gas transactions.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 19, 2014 No. 994 "Questions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, Art. No. 55-56, 544) the following change:

in Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

37) of Item 16 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"37) exercises trust management of shares of the company determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan as authority in production sharing agreements;".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
