Art. 1. – The Republic of Moldova joins the Agreement on adoption of uniform technical instructions for wheel vehicles, pieces of the equipment and parts which can be established and/or used on wheel vehicles, and about conditions of mutual recognition of the official approvals issued on the basis of these instructions, made in Geneva on March 20, 1958.
Art. 2. – To the government to take necessary measures for accomplishment of provisions of the specified Agreement.
Art. 3. – To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration prepare and transfer to depositary the document on accession.
