About modification of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916; No. 42, Art. 5919; 2012, No. 23, Art. 3008; 2013, No. 1, Art. 68; No. 23, Art. 2909; No. 35, Art. 4528; 2014, No. 34, Art. 4677; 2015, No. 36, Art. 5034; No. 45, Art. 6256; No. 46, Art. 6394; 2016, No. 2, Art. 329, 395).
2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and Federal Antimonopoly Service with participation of the system operator to carry out the analysis of results of realization of the changes approved by this resolution till July 1, 2018 and to provide offers on enhancement of the mechanism of tsenozavisimy decrease in consumption to the Government of the Russian Federation.
