About modification and amendments in article 59 of the Law on housing No. 75 of April 30, 2015
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In article 59 of the Law on housing No. 75 of April 30, 2015 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 131-138, 249) to make the following changes and addition:
part (to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) Persons living in housing, privatizeable according to the Law on privatization of housing stock No. 1324-XII of March 10, 1993 have the right of privatization of housing till May 31, 2018, with the obligation to register the property right according to the procedure, the established Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543-XIII of February 25, 1998.";
add Article with part (3-1) following of content:
"(3-1) After the term specified in part (3), not privatized housing carries over administrative and territorial units in the territory of which it is.
Bodies of local public authority shall give to this housing the status of social housing and register the property right to it according to the procedure, the established Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543-XIII of February 25, 1998. Agreements of property hiring for a period of 5 years without the regulation provided in article 13 of this law are signed with persons living in housing transferred to the possession of administrative and territorial units.
Agreements of property hiring according to the procedure, provided by the specified Framework agreement are signed with the members of Movement of the Dnestr refugees living in housing built based on the Framework agreement on provision of loan between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and Development bank of the Council of Europe ratified by the Law No. 215-XVI of October 12, 2007. Privatization of this housing is also performed according to the Framework agreement.";
in part (the words "within one year from the date of entry into force of this law" shall be replaced with words 4) "till May 31, 2018";
