To add 1) with Article 32.2 of the following content:
"Article 32.2. The deposits to property of society which are not increasing the authorized capital of society
1. Shareholders based on the contract with society have the right for the purpose of financing and maintenance of activities of society to make in property of society non-paid contributions at any time in cash or other form which do not increase the authorized capital of society and do not change share par value (further - deposits to property of society).
The property brought by shareholders as contribution shall belong to the types specified in Item 1 of Article 66.1 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation.
Regulations of the Civil code of the Russian Federation on the gift agreement are not applied to agreements based on which contributions to property of society are made.
The agreement based on which the shareholder makes contribution to property of society shall be previously approved by the solution of the board of directors (supervisory board) of society, except as specified introduction of deposits to property of society, stipulated in Item 3 these Articles.
