Article 1

The subitem 3 of Item 1 of Article 46 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3) for violation of the law of the Russian Federation about state non-budgetary funds and about specific types of compulsory social insurance, including regarding budgets of state non-budgetary funds, - in budgets of the relevant state non-budgetary funds for the standard rate of 100 percent;";
