Bring in the Procedure for carrying out the state testing, state registration and re-registration, edition of lists of the pesticides and agrochemicals permitted to use in Ukraine, No. 295 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 253; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 50, Art. 2156; 2002, No. 27, Art. 1260; 2004, No. 24, Art. 1588; 2005, No. 37, Art. 2272; 2006, No. 23, Art. 1720; 2007, No. 89, Art. 3252; 2010, No. 75, Art. 2669; 2011, No. 79, Art. 2916; 2015, No. 12, the Art. 316, No. 36, the Art. 1074), changes which are applied.

2. Add Item 10 with the offer of the following content: "The petition for inclusion of nitrogen fertilizers in the plan of the state testing the current year Ministries for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources within year are accepted.".
