About modification and amendments in the Family code No. 1316-XIV of October 26, 2000

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Family code No. 1316-XIV of October 26, 2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 47-48, 210), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:

1. Change in all text of the code concerns only the text in state language.

2. In Article 6:

in part (1) the word "Citizens" shall be replaced with words "Physical persons";

in part (2) word of "citizens". replace with the word of "persons".

3. Part (Article 9 to add 1) with words ", and also in other representatives the law bodies.".

4. In part (1) Article 10 of the word "personally citizens", shall be replaced with words "personally persons,".

5. In part (6) article 53 change concerns only the text in state language.
