The subitem 2 of Item 1 of Article 188 to add 1) with words ", at the same time cancellation of the power of attorney is made in the same form in which the power of attorney, or in notarial form was issued";
2) in Item 1 of Article 189:
a) state paragraph two in the following edition:
"Data on the cancellation of the power of attorney made in notarial form are entered by the notary in the register of notarial actions which maintaining is performed electronically, according to the procedure, by the established legislation on notariate. The specified information is provided by Federal notarial chamber to the unrestricted group of people with use of the Internet.";
b) add with paragraphs of the following content:
"Data on the cancellation of the power of attorney made in simple written form can be published in the official publication in which data on bankruptcy are published. In this case the signature on the statement for cancellation of the power of attorney shall be notarially attested.
If the third parties were not informed on cancellation of the power of attorney earlier, they are considered informed on the cancellation of the power of attorney made in notarial form next day after entering of data on it into the register of notarial actions, and about the cancellation of the power of attorney made in simple written form - after one month from the date of publication of such data in the official publication in which data on bankruptcy are published.".
