1) in Article 12:

a) declare Item 10.2 invalid;

b) state Item 16.5 in the following edition:

"16. 5) methodical ensuring activities of specialized non-profit organizations which perform the activities aimed at providing carrying out capital repairs of common property in apartment houses (further - the regional operator), including development of methodical recommendations about creation of regional operators and to ensuring their activities, recommended forms of the reporting and procedure for its representation;";

2) regarding 1 Article 20 of the word "specialized non-profit organizations which perform the activities aimed at providing carrying out capital repairs of common property in apartment houses (further - the regional operator)" shall be replaced with words "regional operators";

3) regarding the 2nd Article 44:

a) state Item 1.1 in the following edition:

"1. 1) decision making about the choice of method of forming of fund of capital repairs;";
