1) in Article 7:
a) in Item 1.2 of figure "15 000" to replace with figures "40 000";
b) the paragraph one of Item 1.11 after the words "instruments of payment" to add with the words "when implementing transaction on purchase or sale of available foreign currency on the amount which is not exceeding 100 000 rubles or not exceeding foreign currency amount, equivalent 100 000 rubles";
2) in Item 2 of Article 7.3 of the word "15 000 rubles or foreign currency amount, the equivalent 15 000 rubles connected with purchase or sale of cash foreign currency by physical persons or" shall be replaced with words "40 000 rubles or foreign currency amount, the equivalent 40 000 rubles connected with purchase or sale of cash foreign currency by physical persons and also when implementing transactions on the amount which is not exceeding 15 000 rubles or foreign currency amount, the equivalent 15 000 rubles connected with".
