About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" rather National agency on quality assurance of the higher education

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, Art. No. 37-38, 2004) the following changes:

1. The second Article 12 to add part with Items 10 and 11 of the following content:

"10) is provided by control of observance of the restrictions established by this Law in case of statement of structure of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education;

11) is approved by structure of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education and in the cases established by this Law stops powers of members of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education".

2. The second articles 17 after the words "is legal entity" to add part with words of "public law".

3. In Article 19:

1) in part one:

after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The structure of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the sixth - to consider the fourteenth respectively paragraphs the seventh - the fifteenth;

paragraphs of the eighth - to replace the fifteenth with ten new paragraphs of the following content:

"Powers of the member of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education stop the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in case:

the terminations of term for which it is chosen it (is delegated);

introductions in legal force of conviction concerning it;

terminations of citizenship of Ukraine by it;

its recognitions it is unknown absent or announcements the dead;

death;

identifications of the restrictions determined by part two of this Article;
