Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2002 No. 3 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the certificate of the wills and powers of attorney equated to notarially certified, witnessing of authenticity of the signature on documents" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 34, 8/7858; 2007, No. 209, 8/16979; 2009, No. 67, 8/20583; 2010, No. 172, 8/22561) following changes and amendments:
1.1. from the name and Item 1 of the word"," to exclude witnessing of authenticity of the signature on documents;
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for the certificate of the wills and powers of attorney equated to notarially certified, witnessing of authenticity of the signature on documents approved by this resolution:
1.2.1. from the name of the word"," to exclude witnessing of authenticity of the signature on documents;
1.2.2. from Item 1 of the word", witnessing of authenticity of the signature on documents" and "(further - group of companies), and also procedure for witnessing by these persons of authenticity of the signature on documents" to exclude;
