About Modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with process improvement of preparation for introductory tests in the highest educational institutions
For the purpose of the organization of preparation and carrying out at qualitatively high level of tests on acceptance in the highest Cabinet of Ministers educational institutions decides:
1. Make since January 1, 2017 changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State center of testing under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic Uzbekistan head of the Complex of youth policy, education, culture and sport of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1. In Item 12 of the text in Uzbek of appendix No. 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 18, 2010 No. 118 "About approval of regulations on procedure for acceptance, transfer, recovery and expel of students in the highest educational institutions" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, Art. No. 24-25, 195):
a) in the paragraph the second to replace the words "20 июндан 20 iyulgach" and "20 июндан 15 iyulgach" respectively with the words "15 июндан 15 iyulgach" and "15 июндан 10 iyulgach";
b) in the paragraph the twentieth to replace figure "21" with figure "16".
