About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. In the text of the Procedure for carrying out by judicial authorities of checks of condition of the legal education approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 14, 2011 No. 3325/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 15, 2011 for word No. 1304/20042, "head departments" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the head territorial administrations" in the corresponding cases.
2. In the text of the Procedure for carrying out by judicial authorities of checks of condition of legal work and systematization of the legislation approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 18, 2012 No. 91/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 19, 2012 on No. 75/20388, of the word "Head Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Head Departments of Justice in Areas, the Cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" in the corresponding cases.
3. To department of registration and systematization of regulations, right educational activities (Iron ore N. And.) provide state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
