The paragraph the fourth subitem 2.1.3 of Item 2 of the Section II of Requirements to audit opinion which moves in the National commission on securities and the stock market in case of receipt of the license for implementation of professional activity in the security market, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of February 12, 2013 160, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 11, 2013 for No. 386/22918 (with changes), to state in the following edition:
"b) the identification code of the legal entity in the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine specified in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming;".
