"2. The parcels of land, including from structure of lands of forest fund and lands of especially protected natural territories, being office plots, are provided in free use according to this Article.
Employee categories of the organizations of transport, wood industry, employee category of forestry, hunting economy, federal state budgetary institutions exercising control of the national natural parks and national parks, and other fields of activity having the right to office plots are established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federation.
Office plots are provided to the specified workers for the period of establishment of employment relationships based on their statements according to the decision of the relevant organizations.
The rights and obligations of persons using office plots are determined according to rules of Item 1 of Article 41 and paragraphs two - the fourth, seventh - the ninth Article 42 of this Code.";
