About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning cancellation of obligation of state registration of foreign investments

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 395 of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the mode of foreign investment" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 19, Art. 80 with subsequent changes):

Item 4 of part one of Article 1 to exclude 1);

To exclude 2) in the name of the Section III of the word "State Registration and";

Articles 13 and 14 to exclude 3);

The text of Article 15 to state 4) in the following edition:

"The companies with foreign investments and organizations of banks submit the statistical reporting on implementation of foreign investments according to the legislation".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About elimination of discrimination in the taxation of the subjects of business activity created with use of property and means of domestic origin" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 12, Art. 97; 2002, No. 15, Art. 100; 2005, Art. No. No. 17-19, 267):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and the text of the Law of the word "subject of business activity" in all cases and numbers "the subject of managing" in the corresponding case and number;

To exclude 2) in part one of Article 5 of the word "their registration".

4. In the Law of Ukraine "About immigration" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, the Art. 197):

3 parts two of Article 4 of the word "registered according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" to exclude 1) in Item;
