About introduction of amendments to article 100 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation"

Person specified in subitem 9 or 14 of Item 1 of article 4 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union has the right to access to information on release of goods which is available for customs authorities. Customs authorities provide to person specified in this part such information free of charge.
5. Person specified in part 4 of this Article obtains information on release of goods based on the appeal sent to customs authority in writing or with use of the official site of the federal executive body authorized in the field of customs affairs on the Internet.
6. The address of person specified in part 4 of this Article shall contain data on registration number of the declaration on the goods and the name of the country of goods' origin specified in the declaration goods on goods quantity in kilograms (gross weight and (or) net weight) and (or) in other units of measure, and also about number of the declared goods.
