About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of July 15, 2011 No. 711
According to Item 6 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and for the purpose of realization of Item 32 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:
1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of July 15, 2011 No. 711 "About single market circulation mark of state members of the Customs union" changes according to appendix.
2. Determine that it is necessary to understand drawing single market circulation mark of the Eurasian Economic Union as the obligation about drawing single market circulation mark of state members of the Customs union established by the technical regulations of the Customs union which became effective before the date of entry into force of this Decision.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
