1. Bring in the subitem 3 of Item 2 of the Section IV of the Provisions on activities of depository institutions for storage of assets of institutional investors approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of June 20, 2013 No. 1106, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 17, 2013 for No. 1199/23731 (with changes), the following changes:
add the paragraph the tenth after the words "and in it" with words ", drawn up by charter statement in the new edition";
add the paragraph the fourteenth after the words "and all changes to it" with words ", drawn up by charter statement in the new edition".
