About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of provisions of judicial protection of foreigners and stateless persons and settlement of the single questions connected with counteraction of illegal migration

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, Appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Article 185-3 to add 1) with part three of the following content:

"Failure to carry out by the guarantor of the obligations assigned by court in course of production on cases on administrative claims for occasion of detention and expulsion of foreigners and persons without citizenship

attracts imposing of penalty from hundred fifty to three hundred free minima income of citizens";

2) in Article 255 part one:

in Item 1:

the paragraph "bodies of the State Border Service of Ukraine (parts two, the fourth and fifth articles 85, of article 92, 185-10, 191, 204 – 204-2, 205 – 206-1)" after figures "92" to add with words and figures "Article 185-3 part three";

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"territorial authorities and territorial subdivisions of the central executive body realizing state policy in spheres of migration (immigration and emigration), including counteractions of illegal (illegal) migration, nationality, registration of physical persons (part three of Article 185-3)";

state Item 7-1 in the following edition:

"7-1) judicial manager (parts one and the second Article 185-3)";

Article 259 to add 3) with part eleven of the following content:
