About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 31, of 35, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in financial stability of bank system of Ukraine and protection of interests of creditors and investors of banks the board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. "About reduction of the authorized capital of banks in compliance to minimum established size" (with changes) to state Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 6, 2014 to No. 464 in the following edition:
"1. Banks which authorized capital does not conform to requirements of part one of article 31 of the Law of Ukraine" About banks and banking activity" shall bring its size into accord with requirements of this law, namely to the size it is, at least, than:
120 million hryvnias - till June 17, 2016;
200 million hryvnias - till July 11, 2017;
300 million hryvnias - till July 11, 2018;
400 million hryvnias - till July 11, 2019;
450 million hryvnias - till July 11, 2020;
500 million hryvnias - till July 11, 2024".
2. Item 2.2 of Chapter 2 of the Section II of the Instruction on procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes) to state in the following edition:
