No. 78-81,

In the Regulations about bank liquidity approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova, the protocol No. 28 of August 8, 1997 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 64-65, 105), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on February 15, 2010 at No. 733, to make the following changes and additions:

1) In Chapter II:

a) add with Item 3-1 in the following edition:

"3-1. The III principle of liquidity provides that the liquidity by repayment periods up to 1 month, 1-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months and more than 12 months expressed as ratio between effective liquidity and necessary liquidity on every repayment period shall not be lower than a coefficient established by these regulations.";
