About approval of Changes in the Instruction about conducting cash transactions by banks in Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 33, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of implementation of cash servicing of banks by the Central storage of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about conducting cash transactions by banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 01, 2011 No. 174, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 25, 2011 on No. 790/19528 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To department of currency circulation (Zayvenko V. P.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks, departments (management) of currency circulation in the region, the Central storage of the National Bank of Ukraine for use in work.
3. The resolution becomes effective since December 30, 2015.
