About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In the Item of part 3 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia" (of June 30, 1996, ZR-69), the word of "payment to the pension fund" shall be replaced with words "contribution payments of obligatory social security in the government budget".
Article 2. The first offer of part 1 of article 14 of the Law to state in the following edition:
"1. Council of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia approves the program of capital investments and preliminary expense budget of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia the next year till September 15 every year.".
Article 3. Article 1 of this Law becomes effective since January 1, 2008, and Article 2 – next day after official publication.
