About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia" to state Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"1. Annually, within 10 days after approval of the annual budget, the Central bank represents to National Assembly and according to the procedure and the term established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia" publishes the program of monetary policy of the forthcoming year".
Article 2. To state Item 1 of article 17 of the Law in the following edition:
"1. Central Bank, till May 1 every year represents to National Assembly and according to the procedure and the term established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia" publishes the annual statement approved by council of the Central bank for the previous financial year which includes:
a) the financial statement approved by auditing organization;
b) the analysis of macroeconomic situation for the accounting period;
c) other provisions established by council of the Central bank".
