Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 18, 2010 No. 636 "About requirements to conditions of the power service contract and about features of determination of the starting (maximum) price of the power service contract (lot price)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 34, Art. 4488; 2013, No. 40, Art. 5085).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 18, 2010 No. 636

1. In the name of the word to "conditions of the power service contract" shall be replaced with words to "conditions of the power service agreement (contract)" and words of "the price of the power service contract" shall be replaced with words "the prices of the power service agreement (contract)".

2. In paragraphs second and third shall be replaced with words the word of "contract" "the agreement (contract)".

3. In the requirements to conditions of the power service contract established by the specified resolution:

a) in the name shall be replaced with words the word of "contract" "the agreement (contract)";

b) the paragraph one of Item 1 to state in the following edition:
